Delete your account: Fluent by Audio & Podcast

Use this page to ask us to delete the account you use in the app. You can read the steps and send the request without the app installed and without signing in.

How to request deletion

By email

This works if you have already deleted the app.

Send an email to [email protected].
In the subject or the message, write that you want your Fluent by Audio & Podcast account deleted.
Send it from the email address of the account, or write that address in the message.
We check that you control that address, then delete the account. We reply within one month.

Email a deletion request

On the website, if you can still sign in

Sign in.
Open Account settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm. A password account asks for the password again. Google, Facebook or Apple asks you to confirm with that service.

What we delete

The account profile: name, email and sign-in.
Learning data stored with the account: saved words, phrases, sets, history and settings.
The same account on elang.app. Fluent by Audio & Podcast and this website use one login.

What we keep

Payment and invoice records for as long as Polish tax law requires.
A short record that you unsubscribed, if you opted out of marketing email.
Anything we must keep for an open legal claim.

Encrypted backups of deleted data are overwritten within 30 days. We do not use what remains to profile you or to advertise to you.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought in Google Play. To stop charges, cancel it in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
